Departure by bus from certain hotels to the Palais Rohan jetty.
For persons accommodated in the town centre hotels, meeting at the Palais Rohan jetty at 7:45 pm.
Loading aboard the privatized boats (maximum capacity of 100 persons, covered, glazed and air-conditioned) for a cruise during about 1 hour on river Ill. Comments will be diffused by headphones. An aperitif will be served on board.
In the arrival, hostesses will guide you to the winstubs located around two main places. In each of them, a medieval band will welcome you with a musical street show animated by jugglers, acrobats and fire eaters. Then they will guide you to the restaurants.
Each winstub will suggest you a menu composed of 3 starters (or more), 3 main course (or more) and 3 desserts (or more). All menus are typically alsacian gastronomic specialties. Drinks will be included as following : 1 apéritif drink, 25cl of Alsacian white wine, 25cl of mineral water and 1 coffee by person. Extra drinks will be directly paid by the client. The medieval band with its acrobats and dancers will animate your dinner along the evening.
At the end of evening, return on foot towards city centre hotels. Transfer by bus for hotels remote from the town centre ; hostesses will guide you to the buses.

Price 2010 : Depending of the number of people, the menu and the number of artists.
The evening (available between 200 and 700 people) includes:
· transport by bus to go and return,
· boat trip privatized with aperitif on board such as described
· winstub menu as described below,
· fixed package of drinks: aperitif + 25cl of wine of Alsace + 25cl of water + coffee,
· elaboration of personalized menus,
· accompagnators’ implementation,
· medieval band (6 members, 2x3)
· artists and acrobats band (4 members, 2x2)
· assistance of our staff,
· taxes and services on our performances.
The evening does not include:
· drinks in supplement.
